Corrections and source updates
Send the page URL, the specific sentence you are disputing, and the document that contradicts it. Requests that identify the claim precisely are handled fastest, because the first step is always to check the narrow statement against its source rather than to revisit the surrounding conclusions.

What we cannot do
We do not provide project-specific structural, fire, or code-compliance opinions, and we do not review or approve specifications for a particular building. Materials must be verified against the governing code, the project specification, and the current manufacturer documentation for the product actually being supplied.
